The terms “I,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Strategy Links LLC. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, clients, and any other users of the site.
Since we are offering downloadable (non-physical) and non-returnable digital goods and services, all purchases are final and not refundable.
Not knowing your printer isn't working, not being aware of your operating software or blogging platform in general, is not grounds for a refund. Neither is incompatibility with your browser or third party plugins, or the inability to make desired custom touches for personalizing products.

Our courses operate on the Sensei courseware extension within the WooCommerce platform. WooCommerce supports all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. While we strive to give every course on every browser a seamless and near-identical experience across these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers. Please let us know of any issues you may encounter so that we can ensure WooCommerce is aware and continues to support the browsers you will use to work with our courses.
Again, browser (in)compatibility would be a WooCommerce design issue, if it occurs, and not one we can guarantee; however, WooCommerce has indicated that they work to ensure our courses will work with all browser combinations.
Support and Warranty
Support hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 4:00pm Eastern Time (closed on holidays). We typically respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.
We only provide support to verified customers via our Support Form. Please don't contact via personal email, Facebook, or Twitter as there is no logging mechanism to get your ticket tracked and handled in a timely manner. We also can't offer phone support.
Support is available for the life of the product. This means that as long as the product is being sold, support is offered. If a product must be discontinued (content is outdated, or becomes obsolete), support will no longer be available for that product.
If you edit "PLR" (Private Label Rights) files and the changes cause the product to break or mis-function, we cannot troubleshoot the issue for you. We recommend, instead, that you re-install a fresh copy of the product from your download files if you run into issues due to editing of files.
Backup and Liability
It is highly recommended that you back up your site regularly, and after you have purchased your products. We are not responsible for any loss of data, errors, or damage that may occur when using any downloaded products. We write error free products, and proofread them carefully. We also run Kaspersky security software and keep virus definitions up to date, but cannot guarantee future virus capabilities and therefore recommend users take care to secure all personal and/or business sites they may use to download any internet files.
